Pinhole Camera

Prototyping, Photography, Make & Do

As part of my final year project in product design I decided to make a camera. Before setting out to build it I built a small pinhole camera from a matchbox, two film rolls, assorted odds and ends and a lot of electrical tape.

The resulting photos from that camera were developed by the Dublin Camera Exchange formerly on Suffolk St. in Dublin, now moved to George's Street. I scanned the developed film roll myself and the photos that came from that roll can be seen on the right.

I've since made two more cameras which I've yet to get developed but once I do the photos will go up here too. Hopefully with less pronounced light leak.
